I would not recommend for families! The host was great. The house was very clean, and seemed new. The rooms are on the third floor, which caused a lot of of issues with the rooms getting very hot at night. Especially when sleeping. The master bedroom is where the main AC unit is. It was so loud that it woke us up in the middle of the night constantly. In addition, The location of the house is not great. We saw over a dozen homeless people. There were homeless in the yard at all times of day and could see them from every window. Many were on drugs, laying, screaming, etc.. I would not recommend to families, or individuals with children. The front door is not fully secure as when you have it locked you can still see the light from outside. We ended up having to order a security mechanism for safety because if someone kicked it hard enough, it probably would come open. We had to be cautious and always on the lookout if there would be a homeless person when we opened the garage, or went out the front door.
