Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help …. »

« Immediately felt comfortable with the staff. It was my first time visiting Texas & Tabitha was the sweetest & so helpful with letting me know the traffic hours & places nearby. The other front desk helpers were so friendly as well, I wish I remembered their names. Will definitely come back when I visit again! Also, never had any problems with this hotel the whole 5 days staying here. :) »
