We experienced several issues during our stay. The hot tub did eventually get fixed, but communication was very frustrating. Each time we called, we were told someone would call us back, which never happened, so we had to keep calling and were repeatedly given the runaround about when the issue would be resolved.The heating and air conditioning were also very inconsistent. One night the house became excessively hot—we were awake most of the night and eventually had to turn the heat completely off to bring the temperature down from nearly 80 degrees.That said, the home itself was nice, well decorated, and fully stocked. While the beds were not very comfortable and the TVs were outdated, our boys really enjoyed the Xbox that was provided.Overall, we still had a nice vacation, but due to the ongoing issues and poor communication, we would not choose this home again or use this company in the future.
