Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would have to contact them for a refund. I did so that evening, and Expedia said that they would have to have the approval of the hotel before they could issue a refund. They said that they had contacted the hotel, and that the hotel would not agree to the refund, a direct contradiction to what I had been told by the people at the the hotel. I strongly recommend that no one should book a room at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that you avoid using Expedia. Neither the hotel or Expedia acted with honor.
