Yard games and a foosball table will keep even the most active guests busy, and board games are available for play in the living room that comfortably seats six people. Although we encourage guests to unplug, a separate open concept office nook provides a place to quickly catch up on emails.

Guests will have access to the entire main home, expansive backyard and carriage house, as well as private gated parking on the property. The property boasts an huge, private backyard on the nearly 1/2 acre original Fredericksburg Townlot.

Historic homes are full of unique qualities like narrow stairways and water closets and raised floor moldings between rooms. Please watch your step! Because of the home's proximity to Fredericksburg's Main Street, some evening noise is possible.
