Hotel Fredericktown

« The experience at our motel was fine and we would stay there again. The rooms are small but they are pretty clean and up to date. The lobby area was nice and offered coffee and juice around the clock. The breakfast was ok also just not a lot of variety. My biggest complaint was that there were receptacles on just one side of the bed but that is not a real big deal. »

« Property was nice but I got there during an outside remodel which made you having to enter through the side doors. The guest laundry facilities need a refresh (looked dirty). Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week. When reported, they were supposed to do a full clean but only emptied garbage and changed towels. Parking was good. Breakfast was...

« First we could not get into our room. The front desk person tried helping but wasn’t sure how to help. He called someone and he did get it open though the electronic key did not work. Then we got in the room and someone had been laying on the bed watching TV. The bed was messy and the pillows were all piled up. I asked for a new room and was told they did not have any. I left and found a new hotel. All this happened between 10:00 and 11:00 PM after traveling for 6 hours. »

« The room was clean and in good condition, with the exception of the shower. There was NO HOT WATER at all in the shower, but the sink water was more than hot enough. One of the coldest showers of my life. I let the desk clerk know about it the next morning, but he didn't seem to care. Not their finest hour, especially in a city with a many hotels as Washington. »

« The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. « The property was average, cold water dispenser was broken for 2 days, front office staff was not very helpful, they were not very unwelcoming and not concerned about listing or solving customer issues. »
