Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of ...

„We have no complaints, it was a beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable home. Room for my family of 8 including grown children and grandkids. Plenty of room for us all. Nice deck and downstairs to relax and spend family time. The house is not on the beach side of the highway so we had to walk quite a distance across the highway with our grankids to the beach access. Though it sits center in a neighborhood, we felt that privacy was adequate and enjoyed the fenced in yard and privacy gate ...

„Good home to rent for adult couples other houses have more than one bed in a room which makes it awkward for couples , this house has queen beds in three bedrooms which makes it perfect to rent and share!“

„The outside lights did not work which was a big disappointment-lights strung out and looks great in the pics but they didn’t work. The AC struggles when the range in the kitchen is on. Pretty sure the refrig is off temp even though it was on the coldest setting. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv, not a huge deal since we were trying to get away from it. Towels were excellent. Sofas need to be cleaned. Easy walk to the beach.“

„Enjoyed my stay with family visiting on weekends. Very close beach access!!!. Great porch for watching the ocean. all as advertised. We did bring drinking water as water has "well smell" , as expected. Neighborhood/ the beach gets a little loud on weekends but I enjoyed their music. Definitely will book again when in area“
