The Pool: Our massive 20x40 pool is the heart of summer memories. Surrounded by lush forest, it’s the perfect spot for a refreshing afternoon swim or watching the kids splash while you relax on the comfortable teak furniture. (Open 5/1–10/15).

The Spa: As the sun sets, retreat to the year-round hot tub. With zero light pollution, the stargazing here is world-class.

The Land: Explore your own private retreat. Wander down to the private pond for a morning of catch-and-release fishing, or step directly off the property into the Hoosier National Forest. With no marked trails, you can use your GPS to forge your own path through hundreds of acres of woods.

The Luxury Loft & Custom Bunks: One of our most unique spaces is the open-air sleeping loft. Just up the stairs from the game room, this airy space features custom-built bunk beds—a favorite for kids or close-knit groups who want that "classic cabin" feel with a modern, upscale twist. It’s the heart of the home’s vertical architecture, keeping everyone connected to the laughter below.

The Bedrooms: For those seeking total quiet, our traditional bedrooms offer a serene escape with soft, cotton linens and peaceful wooded views.

The Great Room: High ceilings and massive windows bring the beauty of the forest inside. With a dining table for 10 and a massive island that seats 8, there is a seat for everyone at the table.

Q: Is there private hiking available on-site?
A: Yes. You have 16 private acres of forest to explore. For the more adventurous, our property line is the gateway to hundreds of acres of Hoosier National Forest. Because this specific section of the forest has no formal trails, it offers a rare "off-map" experience. It is perfect for backcountry hikers, nature photographers, and those seeking total seclusion from the typical tourist crowds.

Q: What are the best summer activities at the Lodge?
A: We are a self-contained summer retreat. Most guests spend their days between the 20x40 private heated pool, the private fishing pond, and the indoor Gaming Area. Evenings are best spent in our Private Cinema or stargazing on the 16-acre estate, which enjoys "Dark Sky" conditions due to our location bordering the untamed National Forest.

Q: How does the "Double-Chef Kitchen" work for groups?
A: Large summer groups need more space for cold drinks and meal prep. We provide two refrigerators, two stoves, and two dishwashers. You can keep a week’s worth of groceries and beverages cold without ever running out of room, making it the highest-utility kitchen for large groups in Brown County.

Q: Do you have any exceptions to your cancellation policy?
A :To ensure your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Because we are a unique, single-property destination that tends to book months in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. However, you can purchase comprehensive travel protection at checkout that can cover your stay in the event of unexpected changes to your plans.
