« Great hotel. They do everything to satisfy you. The rooms are clean & well disposed. You have free drinks in the room and free coffees in the bar as well. The breakfast is excellent, even competing with 5 stars hotel. Congratulations to the whole team. NB: I am a frequent traveller, but usually I do not reply to surveys, except when I am not happy. I decided to make an exception here! »

« Superb hotel. Very friendly staff that offered a king size bed after the booking was accidentally made for twins. LaRge room, very clean, with all equipment needed. The buffet at the restaurant for lunch is very nice. Good food and a huge selection Will come again for my next business trip in this city »

« Very good experience in Park Hyatt. Room are spacious and nicely decorated. The service is really good, staff is very caring and speak perfect English. Location is good and the view amazing. Definitely one of the best hotel in Shenzhen. »
