« The room was dirty, and saw a spider crawling on the floor. Outlets on desk did not work, hair dryer did not work. The tissues were out. Personnel were very friendly at the front desk and for the breakfast. »

« We stayed in a newly remodeled room... very firm new couch couch, turned into a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements , and that was decently comfortable for our two kids. there was not a dim enough light for a night light , so I kept the microwave open all night. and there were only three pillows for the king bed...but we were too tired and distracted to go ask for more bedding, so I guess it was fine. the blanket that was our extra bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable.. but...
