Gut: Sauberkeit
This is a great location, new modern home and great for pets. It has a “wing” of guest space of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom that we did not need as a couple with pets so we closed that lock off space. The main house is a main bedroom suite, open concept living space with dining table in the kitchen with dining on the island as well. There is an extra bedroom which we closed that door as well. The dining table is counter high with benches and backless bar stools. Heads up to those that need chairs with backs- we moved the counter chairs to the table and were much more comfortable eating there as benches are better suited to children that can climb in easier. The shower is HUGE with two valves and heads, amazing water pressure. The simple faux turf backyard was great for our dogs with a double opening sliding door which was great for us to enjoy the nice weather. There is a busy street behind it but we were able to sleep just fine. We did not use the pool table space as we’re were there for work and just didn’t have the energy to play but it was a good looking feature. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and stated they are planning to make flooring changes before our next stay. If you need to stay in Clovis, this is so much better than a hotel and I could see where having a larger group would benefit from all the extra bunk beds in the 3 extra bedrooms.I didn’t take a lot of photos but here is the slider we loved. We look forward to staying again!
