House worked out great, we were in town for a wedding
Loved how spacious living/dining room were and the large table was great. Host was very responsive, home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. It was a huge bonus that we were able to use the garage, which had the washer and dryer.

Convenient and clean
This house conveniently located and is great for visiting the national parks and the coast. It is not quite as nice as the pictures indicate. The pool was not useable, it was ice cold and we didn’t trust the filtration system because it did not appear to be in working order. We never heard the pump turn on and there were wires sticking out. That part was kind of a bummer since we specifically chose the house for the pool. However, the house itself was immaculately clean. There were bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch. It is also nice that there is nothing to do upon check out, no gathering of linens or starting the dishwasher, just pack up and lock the door on the way out. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage and have access to a washer and dryer. I’m sure people are tough on short term rental homes and there isn’t a lot of incentive to keep things top notch so this one is a little run down. The laminate floors were bubbled up in several places, there were scuff marks on the walls and the cabinets were pretty old. The bathrooms however, seemed recently remodeled. Overall a nice place to stay especially if you are on a busy vacation and need convenience.

Great house and budget friendly
This is a great property and wonderful place to stay. I was not expecting much considering how affordable this place is but was really pleasantly surprised. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. My favorite part was the labels on the kitchen cabinets that tell you where everything is. Every house rental should do this. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again.

My wife had an issue with the beds. She was not able to sleep comfortably the first night. She did love the couches though and was able to sleep in the living room the other two nights. Myself and the other 2 guests slept fine on the beds.

I would absolutely recommend this place. Great location, quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and everything well maintained. Love that they didn’t expect guests to do any tasks before checking ( no need to throw garbage, run dishwasher etc). Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and perfect!

They watch you on ring cameras
Everything was great except, ….super uncomfortable beds, no tv in bedroom, no pool light, no lights by pool, they told us “No night-time swimming” while we were outside by pool, told us “neighbors are complainers so be very quiet”.. while illegal fireworks were going off overhead. No propane in tank (for grill). No hot water in master bathroom shower. I had to wash my face and hair with cold water. No swimming towels, we had to go buy some. We were still in a good mood and accepting of it all until we found out that We WERE BEING RECORDED by Ring cameras the whole time with Zoom and Audio. ?!!! We had the assumption of privacy while in a bathing suit at a private home —but for all we know, there’s now a video on the web. Never would have stayed there had we known and never would again. It felt like a violation of privacy. For that alone, we do not recommend. Plus no one mentioned “No Night-time Swimming” prior to booking. Pets are charged PER PET, in case you missed that.

Oh, I am sorry you did not have a pleasant stay. I appreciate your feedbacks except,.... we replace empty propane tank as soon as we know it but we did not hear from you about it until you checked out, we found nothing wrong about the master bedroom shower assuming you are not familiar with tankless water heater which takes a bit longer time to produce hot water, we take guests' privacy most seriously. We check external Ring camera recordings only when we feel it necessary. In this case, our cleaner found quite large amount of dog hairs all over the house and it triggered me to do so. Yes, we ask pet fee per pet as my listing shows. Those cameras are installed only externally and are properly disclosed on my listing. Again, I am sorry that we could not give you a pleasant stay. Excellent accueil et très propre
Le processus d’accès et la qualité des indications sont excellents. Les armoires ont même des étiquettes qui identifie ce qui est à l’intérieur. Les communications avec le gestionnaire sont rapide et courtoises. La propreté de la maison est impeccable. La seule recommendation qui améliorerait le confort serait d’avoir plus d’ameublement extérieur au bord de la piscine (nous étions 4 personnes et il n’y avait que 2 chaises et aucune table). Pour le reste tout était excellent.

All was absolutely perfect, except the beds are so hard and uncomfortable. only used master.
I think we folks are on vaca they want a comfy bed to sleep in, as my back hurts so bad from the hard bed, and I ended up sleeping on the couch most nights. Only other suggestion is to put a tV in the master bedroom. But other than that, it was very nice, clean, felt at home and I will book this place over and over when I come to Fresno a few times a year. OR perhaps try one of your other locations. You are so wonderful and nice and accommadating, thank you!

Good, but could use some upgrades
This property was a pleasant stay. Large house with a yard for the dog. We were able to work from home comfortably with two people. The amenities were very basic, but it had all the necessities. The kitchen would benefit from the addition of a baking dish or two, and it would have been really nice if the hot tub was functional. Otherwise, great stay!

A wonderful stay
Decided to be with the family in Clovis for Thanksgiving. Staying here with my wife and little dog made it the perfect time for everyone. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed. We were able to work remotely too with the solid internet connection. Great communication with the host too, Hope to return to this great location in the future. Only wish the weather had been warmer so we could have used the great pool!

Wonderful stay
We were in town for my step daughters wedding the house was wonderful. Very clean upon entry and easy access to the wedding venue. (Wolf Lakes) we also enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants in downtown clovis. Grocery stores were very close and the kitchen was very nice perfect for cooking when we did not want to go out. The yard was great for our dog and he loved the grass and the enclosed backyard. Wonderful stay the host and the check in and out process was wonderful home is well maintained. It made our stay a lot less stressful having a peaceful place to come back to.

Great house!
We loved this house. Kids loved the pool after a day of sight seeing. Only down fall was neighbors dog barked all the time. Not the property’s fault, just annoying. House was very nice and spacious. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect Retreat for the parks
This was a wonderful find! Located so close to the airport and within similar distance to both Yosemite and Sequoia. Mosato has an updated home with all the basic amenities. The pool is a wonderful retreat after long, hot days. There is plenty of seating and the washer and dryer are fantastic. Just a few small suggestions we would have…access to more toilet paper and paper towel. We were there for 6 days and both ran out. I’m sure if we asked Mosato would have gotten us some…he is very responsive. We would also have been helped with some more instructions. We used VRBO often and are used to a binder giving us instructions with garbage and recycling, including when to pull it to the curb. Also a garage code would have been helpful, but I know that can be challenging. All minor details for future enhancement. We had a great stay and are so grateful to Mosato for sharing this home to help us make great memories!

Very easy process through VRBO. Property manager always communicated with us in a timely manner. We were looking for a place midway through a long road trip to regroup, do laundry, and relax as a family. This was a great house! Wish we could have stayed a few more days.

This property was fantastic! The check in process is a breeze, and it is so refreshing to get immediate responses from the property manager. The home is clean, nicely decorated, with everything you need to be comfortable....fully stocked kitchen, W/D, a yard and pool...which by the way was exceptionally clean. The staff that were polite and attentive. the house stays nice and cool with the air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. My whole family was impressed, and indicated thy would check out VRBO places in the future based on this experience. I look forward to booking this place again in the future. The location is right by Winco, and the airport, which made it even more convenient. LOOK NO FURTHER, as this is what you want a VRBO to be when on vacation...keep up the good work guys!!!!! You're super host status was well earned!!!!

Great Stay with absolutely no hassles
We rented this property to visit some relatives that lived in town and so that we would have a swimming pool to entertain the kids during that week. We all had a great time and we had no issues at all. It would have been great if the heater for the hot tub was working for the evening, but the 112° weather in Clovis made the swimming pool more than enough. We had no problems with the neighbors, no problems in the neighborhood, there were no annoying barking dogs to bother anyone nearby and honestly it was very chill and relaxing. Plan on staying again here soon.

A gem of a place if you're looking for some R&R
We had a lovely stay at this little gem of a place. We were looking for something kid and pet friendly that had a pool and this met all of our needs. The weather was great, nice and warm, which is what we were looking for. The kids loved swimming every day while the adults got some relaxing time in the sun. In the evening we would watch movies and shows and order out for dinner. The house was extremely clean and updated. We brought our pup with us and he had plenty of room to roam in the back yard and around the pool. They even had a handy pooper scooper and bags for clean up. Food and grocery delivery was a snap with lots of local options through UberEats and Instacart. We did not even need to venture out and that was really nice. Communication with the owner was stellar, as Masato is kind and efficient. So, if you're looking for some rest, relaxation, and fun in the sun with some kids and a pet then this property should surely be considered.

The house was nice and clean when we checked in. The pool was a delight to have. They also have a few floaties for use. The washing machine and dryer are new. The kitchen is well equipped with the basic essentials needed for cooking. The back yard could be a little better maintained. We overall enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
