Community Pier & Water Access
The community pier is an easy 2-minute walk (approximately 400 feet) from the house. Access is via a mowed, conservative path through the surrounding area. Please note that the path is not privately owned or maintained by the property, so vegetation and trail conditions can vary depending on the season and weather.

Water depth varies with seasonal lake levels. At the shoreline and private docks along Timber Bay Ave, the water is generally 2–4 feet deep, while the shallow delta area near the mouth of Little Roche-a-Cri is typically around 3–6 feet. Farther out toward the main body of Castle Rock Lake, the lake drops off more significantly, reaching approximately 12–20 feet, with deeper areas up to about 35 feet in the old river channel.

Boat owners should use caution when approaching the shoreline or pier, particularly with deeper-draft boats, inboard boats, or larger pontoons, as water levels and conditions can change.

As you step into the slate foyer, you're greeted by the elegance of double beech wood staircases leading to two separate upstairs bedroom suites. An artisan chandelier illuminates the 20-foot grand foyer, setting the tone for the opulence that awaits. Throughout the 5000 sq. ft. modern "lodge," Amish-milled cherry wood flooring creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The high cathedral great room serves as the focal point, featuring a patterned slate fireplace and two sets of patio doors leading to the deck overlooking the yard and bay. Each bedroom suite boasts its own full bath, television, and window views from the extended sitting/reading room. The master bedroom offers private access to the deck, a walk-in closet, gas fireplace with sitting couch, and a luxurious whirlpool tub and shower. The lower level features a spacious walk-out recreation room with a wet bar and another fireplace.

Dock your boat in the quiet, protected bay just beyond the natural wooded shoreline for the duration of your stay. Your boat slip is located in the quiet waters of Timber Bay, a secluded inlet on the northeast side of Castle Rock Lake. Cruise out of the bay and within minutes you'll be exploring nearly 14,000 acres of open water. Spend the day fishing, tubing, swimming, or discovering hidden coves before returning to the peaceful waters of Timber Bay for a beautiful Wisconsin sunset. ✨
