I understand they’re pool hours are from 10-10 but we were at a business training for 1 day only from 8-7:30pm didn’t get to the hotel till about 9:20 and by the time we went down to the pool she said “you have about less than 20 min to get in that pool because I close it down at 10” which I understand I just felt like couldn’t yall give us at least 20-30 more min to...

« L’accueil a été chaotique. Mais j’ai insisté et prié… Et Jason est apparu… Et tous les soucis ont disparu comme par magie. L’équipe a été très sympathique. Ils ont même adapté les aménagements de la salle de bain pour nous permettre de pratiquer nos ablutions selon les recommandations de notre religion musulmane… Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette attention particulière (ma fille et moi). »
