When booking with Expedia or a third party, the cancellation must be done through that partner agency so you are able to get a refund for the stay. As we do not collect money from you directly at the hotel, we are able to cancel a reservation, but cannot refund the money to you as that must go through the party you paid.We do hope you are able to visit us in Frisco when weather permits.
