« We chose this property for its proximity to the Summit County rec paths, and it was great for that. We also appreciated the king bed, deep tub, comfortable furniture, good TV, well-stocked kitchen, and good dining area. With the exception of a bit of noise from the nearby traffic circle, it was quiet and the trees around it were lovely and soothing. We enjoyed our stay and the ease of accessing numerous bike paths in the area. Great value! »

« Gorgeous view from patio and dining area, loved the little bar by the window. Enjoyed the path down to the lake where we could walk on the trail. Great location- easy to get around frisco, close to Whole Foods and breweries and wine bars. Rented bikes which was close by too. Quick drive to Breckenridge.Would stay there again. »

« This property is perfection. We visited in the summertime. The location is close to the downtown area, so it was easy to just walk over to restaurants as well as all of the cute shops. If you have kids, this place has all you need. Lots of kids cups, dishes, toys and the bunk beds were a big hit for our kids. The kitchen is very large with plenty of seating and the overall layout of the place is great. If you visit in the summer, and have adventurous kids, rent bikes or bring your scooters...

« I booked this ABnB for my officiant and his family. He, his wife and their 3 kids (14yo son and 12yo twins). Walking up to the unit… the hallway looks a bit rough… but the inside was immaculate. And GREAT for kids. They have an arcade console that kept the kids entertained and occupied. The location was AMAZING. Close walking distance to downtown as well as several trails… and with it being well off the downtown strip it was QUIET!!! Surprise moose visitor one day kept people both inside and...

« Great place - close to all. Good to have two King beds. Enjoyed the fireplace and all the big tv’s. Kitchen was well appointed. We loved the access to all the fun toys and outfitted garage. »

« The the house is overall a very great stay for a big group. There were plenty of utensils and cooking supplies in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to park in the garage, especially since it snowed frequently. The only negative is that the hot tub took forever to heat up and never actually got hot enough to use. even when we let it heat up for 6 hours, it didn’t go above 80 degrees.
