Boutique Hotel Las Islas - Adults Only

The title says it all about Las Islas.  My partner and I spent 11 fantastic days and nights here in mid august on the recommendation of a relative  All the reviews are  spot on about Las Islas. Omar and Muna treat you like one of the family but are not overpowering or pushy, always at hand if you need anything and I mean anything. Frederick the main waiter is an absolute gent who makes the most fantastic sangrias and looks after all the guests with a passion for his job and the hotel. He always has something interesting to say, with an obvious interest in their needs.  The setting has to be seen to be believed, with a wonderful calm atmosphere of running water and birds quietly chirping away in the background. You cannot fail to fall in love with this place if you want to chill out away from the frantic 21st century life outside.  The breakfasts by the pool are sumptuous and are served between 9 and 11 but if you can't make 11 o clock Omar will ensure you are still fed, even bringing breakfast to your room. The food in the restaurant is varied to suit all tastes, and the Irish steak in a peppercorn sauce is out of this world. We ate here 10 nights out of 11, that says it all. The rooms are very tasteful decorated and are cleaned thoroughly every day by the well mannered cleaning staff. We stayed in room 6 with a stunning view to the well tended gardens below and the sea in the distance. The view through the trees towards the pool is awe inspiring, the pool and dining area is tastefully lit at night to create the perfect ambience for dining with fine food and drink. The big band singer on a Saturday night  " Frankie Valentine" is a perfect nights entertainment again in keeping with the hotels laid back, chill out atmosphere.  It is Omar and Munas obvious attention to detail which makes the difference at Las Islas and this ethos has rubbed of on all their staff.  We will return again and the visit cannot come quick enough.
