Zentral gelegenes sehr sauberes Hotel
Sehr sauberes Hotel mit angenehmen Ambiente, in guter Lage. Die Zimmer bzw. Appartements sind mit allem ausgestattet, um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Anlage ist beispielhaft gepflegt. Unser Appartement hatte eine Kochnische, ein Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, sowie Bad/WC. Alles zweckmäßig und funktionell eingerichtet. Erwähnenswert sind die verschiedensprachigen Satteliten-TV Programme. Das Sofa im Wohnraum war allerdings nicht gerade komfortabel, und schon recht durchgesessen, was den Fernsehgenuss etwas trübte. Weiters entsprachen die Sonnenliegen im Poolbereich, nicht der sonst sehr sauberen Hotelanlage. Was mehr störte, war die meistens schlecht funktionierende WIFI Verbindung in den Appartements, welche man nur umgehen konnte, indem man in den Receptionsbereich wechselte. Ganz toll fand ich, dass man im Arena Beach auch einen Fitnessraum hat, welcher mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet ist. Vielleicht ein Gerät für Zugübungen, oder eine Klimzugstange wäre noch schön. Aber mit etwas Fantasie kann man sich auch mit den Freigewichten weiterhelfen. Würde das Hotel aber auf jedem Fall weiterepfehlen, und auch selbst wieder besuchen. Daumen hoch !!! Trotzdem würde

Had a lovely 5 day stay here. The property is a little dated in places but overall clean. Our room was spacious but wasn’t too happy we had interconnecting door that also locked wasn’t expected. Good in all inclusive was good and we enjoyed our meals here. Drinks were ok- cocktails were poor but beer and wine was ok. Poor was clean and we managed to find a sunbed each day but there was lots of people reserving beds very early in the morning. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay

Looking forward to our next stay
The resort was lovely, beautiful pool, lovely area with services. Restaurant was top class with a fabulous selection for each meal. We had stayed there before and will be returning. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we were in easy access of all amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes there was a language barrier which was perfectly understandable. I love that we can hire a pool towel for 10 euro, this can be exchanged as often as you like and it means you don't have to pack one. I also liked that they had reusable plastic beakers which helps prevent waste. Looking forward to our next stay at the Arena Beach

desde la entrada hasta la salida en el hotel ha sido muy buena, tanto por el trato de los empleados, hasta la limpieza que tuve todos los días en mi habitación, la comida a veces es repetitiva, pero un punto a favor de esto, que esta bien condimentada y el sabor esta aceptable y cada noche te hacen un temática distinta de la cena, china, italiana, árabe, mexicana y alguna mas, teniendo en cuenta las estrellas y lo económico que sale en comparación con otros hoteles, esta muy bien, yo que voy cada año a la isla, sin dudarlo repetiría.

Great time here with very easy reach of the town and beach which is beautiful. Staff very friendly drinks unlimited and food all day. The food is a bit hit and miss but there’s something for everyone. Accommodation clean and comfy no complaints from me

My stay at Arena Beach was okey. The food was o.k but very repetitive, the cooked food was very hit and miss so choose to eat the salads as you can’t go wrong. The restaurants attempts at providing theme nights ( Chinese, Arabian, Italian) were terrible. Glad to be home to get a decent curry, however they do a decent one in town. Two singular beds put together and the sofa bed in lounge need replacing as very un-comfortable. I spent quite a bit of time eating in town. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired too, but if you like a game of bingo and guess how may ping ping balls in a jar it will be just up your street. The staff are polite and the cleaners do a good job, they work very hard.

Lovely hotel.
The hotel itself was spotless. Pool/bar was lovely. We were all inclusive and the breakfasts and lunches were really nice but the evening meals were not to everyones taste.

Staff is really nice, helpful and inclusive. A lot of apartments are completely accessible, and some only have a 3 steps. Great place for anybody with mobility issues or families with small children. I would love if the big pool was heated, but I think they're working on it using solar panels.

Porque no le doy la más alta calificación
La estancia estuvo excelente, me parece muy buena la relación calidad/precio. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la limpieza excelente, el personal muy atento... el único detalle por el cual no le doy la más alta calificación, es porque me pareció que a la cocina le faltaban utensilios básicos (tostadora, cafetera; por nombrar algo)

Excellent
Un hôtel vraiment très sympa Propre et confortable il ne manque rien dans la chambre. Les piscines sont vraiment jolies et entretenues. L aire de jeux pour enfant est top Le personnel est adorable et on voit que l hôtel est bien entretenu J y retournerai avec plaisir
