City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.

This year, probably due to climate change, we´ve noticed a higher mosquito presence at the summer months..
At very first, we used to provide repellent, but several guests took it with them for their next stay, making it unsustainable for us. Therefore, we recommend our guets to bring their own repellent according to sensitivity and needs.

-Keep the apartment clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment. Please do not move the furniture from it's original position.

-Please respect the neighbour´s right to a peaceful sleep after 10pm by keeping all noise to a moderate level.

-Liability: The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times, especially when young children are playing around the pool areas.

-Check-in must be scheduled in advance.

-In Portugal we are obliged to communicate to the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) some data that will be requested at the time of booking. This information must be sent when requested.

-Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.

-Before check-out all rubbish should be deposited in the respective bins in the trash place at the main road.
