« The Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe is a very impressive property sitting on top of a mountainside in the Northstar resort area about halfway between Truckee and Kings Beach. Service was world class, from the second we arrived until we left all the staff we interacted were very accommodating and were good at anticipating our needs. « They allowed pets for a $40 per night charge. The rooms were comfortable, did the job. It is about 30 mins away from Lake Tahoe, but the surrounding area is beautiful. Easy to trek along the Truckee river. »

« Pet friendly, they even have a water bowl by the elevator. There are other places that are more pet friendly, providing dishes, beds, toys and even poop bags. But, I would definitely stay here again. Clean, modern, great parking and plenty of walks trails to take your dog. »

« Me and my wife went there for our anniversary and it was better than what we thought. Loved the room love the area. It was all beautiful all around us a lot to do. The casino was a lot of fun. The food at the restaurants were great seeing at that place, you can’t go wrong »

« Really enjoyed this stay. Wish the directions for the fireplace were more clear, as we couldn't start it since there were no instructions for a particular part, and there also was no shampoo, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was great. They had a delicious breakfast that they happened to be doing which as really nice and the bedding was very comfortable. Amenities were great. Will be back for sure. »

« Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite. »
