From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir regen an, die schon etwas Ă€lteren Matratzen zu erneuern. « Wir haben den Urlaub in Annenheim in dieser Ferienwhg sehr genossen. Es war wirklich alles perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Der private Seezugang ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Auch die Lage ist super, die Bergbahn erreicht man zu Fuß, genauso wie den Bootsverleih oder das Schiff. Walther ist ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort und hat bei Bedarf gute Tipps fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. »
