« Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened. »

« We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and...

« This is an amazing property. Great customer service and food and beverage options. They have a late night dining option and are very close to shopping and dining options. I was here for a wedding, and was pleasantly surprised at how well run the place was. Most importantly the location is only 15 minutes from the airport. I'll definitely come back again to study at this property. »

« Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus. »

« Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

« The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI. »
