« The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. »

« When we first arrived, the area surrounding caught our attention as it was very run down. As we approached the house, we'd hoped that once inside our fears would be negated. But unfortunately, the property itself was not up to par. The pictures online looked great, but they are not reflective of the status of the property. Water stains, shoddy DIY enhancements, old coach cover, musty smell, etc. but, although the place was run down, it appeared to be somewhat clean. That thought did not last...
