The house is in an excellent location and clean. But the house is very old, lots of wood rot. All vents were rusted, windows fogged, old with mold, dirt, and wood rot. Furniture was old and linens /towels old and fraying. We bought new linens, blankets, towels and pillows. Guest bathroom shower was so small you touched all the walls and both showers were old and needed updates. Master bedroom was nice. Kitchens, was dated but the biggest issue was no glasses. 3 cheep plastic wine glasses that had cracks and fell apart. The area was safe and nice. Food trucks are nice and close to walk too.
