Hotel Sentier de la Rivière Galena

« We stayed here one night and liked it a lot! The guy at the front desk was helpful! »

« We enjoyed the hot tub and our "log cabin" themed room. We felt the price was a good value. Breakfast was adequate. The body wash empty. Note there is no elevator if that is a need. Friendly staff. »

« Shuttle pour Galena. Tres pratique. Dommage que nous étions présents un dimanche, le service termine trop tôt le dimanche ;) Chauffeur Brian : gentil, ponctuel, courtois et généreux (histoire et “monuments “ de Galena) »

« Charming property and great stay. Very nice staff and accommodations. »

« This place was nothing like what it described on Expedia. It didn’t have a in room hot tub, no casino shuttle. There were raccoons in the garbage cans right outside our room. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even talk with a sick voice. Not acceptable! And then just to get a 12. Refund!!!! Very angry! »

« Everything was amazing »

« No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple. »

« Très bruyant. Les chambres s'ouvrent directement sur la piscine. Tes peu de choix au petit déjeuner et la qualité est moyenne »

« Perfect, safe place for a senior women’s getaway. All on one floor. Plenty of beds and 2 large bathrooms as well as a seating area to catch up with each other. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly. »

« Personne à l'accueil en arrivant. Un quart d'heure d'attente, puis le réceptionniste arrive et disparait à nouveau. Tout le monde se plaint. Sinon, chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bonne wifi et bon petit déjeuner. »

« Room needs updating Carpet was old & worn, curtains old & torn. Furniture was old & worn. One lamp didn't work. Bed was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Caroline's restaurant was good & staff was nice. »

« Situé dans une zone commerciale sans intérêt, l'hôtel est confortable. Grande chambre, bon lit, petit déjeuner minimaliste. »

« This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left. »
