„appartment is clean however smells to cigarettes. there is no changing of the Sheets or towels , even if you stay multiple nights. while checking in you have to pay immediatly. While asking for the invoice they say to sent a mail and aks for it, when you do you have to wait too long to get an invoice, if you are calling and asking for the invoice they say they will sent it but nothing is true. 2nd and 3rd try to get someone on the phone is insuccesfull as they simply hang up. a lot of effort ...

„Excellent apartment, new , modern , well equipped, Extremely difficult to find . There is no signage to identify the building. I went to three properties on google maps , the address booked and address on e mail giving key code were different. V stressful to find. at night Only a local persons help I would not have found it . Lovely accommodation good value but Why the building is not signed i dont understand. Although nice property you will never find it !“

„They refused entry on arrival despite having a booking reference. They asked me which room I was staying in - I said I didn’t know as I was trying to check in. Security told me to go. I left and am pursing a complaint “
