The booking show different picture of different appartement while you sleep into only one appartement. Therefore, it's not really reliable. Once we call the manager of the appartement, he refuses to accept that the issue was coming from the advertisement on Hotels.com. We had to fight to get a "decent" place...but it was not up to our requirement but we didn t...
« Very nice place, had a lot of resources needed inside, it was just a little uncomfortable that the contact person for the place met with us at the front and came with us up into the room and actually entered the room even though she had already sent us information about check in before. »
« The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States. »
