Owners responded promptly to text messages, but need for communication could have been reduced if a complete list of instructions had been provided at check-in. « We loved this condo. Perfect view, very close to the parking area so not a far walk at all. Even walking out the front door the view of the relaxing area of the hotel. While sitting on the balcony you had a view of the ocean and the pool We will most certainly be staying in the room more often when we come down. Even the decor was so cute and comfy. The thing I love the most with this is they also had beach things you could use, even a wagon. They had games inside to entertain yourself as well....

« Great view. Room was perfect. Property undergoing renovation in the front so not pretty yet. Ocean across the street. Ac out first night fixed immediately when reported and worked perfectly the remainder of our stay. Elevator was great. Pool was huge and room for everyone. We really enjoyed it for the cost comparison to other places. There was no breakfast but we had a full kitchen and bought food for breakfast with a view. Thanks to the patrons for excellent service and a great stay. »

« Donna was very helpful with any and all questions leading up to our stay. The Dawn Condominiums are very nice (seemed like the nicest in the area we were staying) - loved the pools and the grounds. The condo itself was just right for our family of 4 - had everything we needed. Loved the deck with views of the gulf and pool area. Overall a great stay at the beach! »
