« The room is very average for the price. The personnel at the reception was also average. One person was very friendly but wasn’t very competent. The other one, later in the day, was not that friendly and didn’t seem to know what smiling was. We couldn’t dial a local number from our room. Not that we didn’t know how to do it but because the system wasn’t functioning properly. When we asked her to do it from the main desk we were certain we were bothering her and she put the phone at our disposal...

« Our original room was 343. It was a nice room, but the ER was right beside our room. We could see the beach, but wanted to see the whole lenght of the beach. We moved to the fifth floor room 543 and it was perfect. And a little more quiet. The rooms are laid out well with plenty of space to store shoes, suitcases, etc. I like all the hooks on the wall to hang up coats, robes, etc. The balcony was nice. Our main issues were that construction supplies were placed in many parking spaces, rendering them useless for the intended purpose of parking. Additionally, new shutters have been added to the windows in the room but there were no curtains. The walkway lights were very bright at night - making the room too bright for restful sleep.
