« From the parking lot viewing into the indoor pool area, it appeared there was a nice pool inside. Sadly, it was drained of water and not in use. The front entry has had a sign on it stating, "use the other door (for 9 months or so)". The furniture was dated and worn in my room. « The tv didn't work. There were no towels for the shower. The neighbour was super loud and uncomfortable to be around. »

« If you just need a place to sleep and leave then it’s fine. But it’s dirty and needs major renovations. Staff while friendly was missing and not on property at check in. They don’t have an Expedia computer so they have to call to confirm your renovation. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need someplace to sleep. It’s in a good area though. Mall is next door »

« We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...
