„Schade um dieses Hotel. Die Anlage ist recht schön geplant, die Zimmer sind grosszügig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Fluss mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Aber: Der Zustand des Gebäudes ist erbärmlich. Nasse schimmlige Wände, undichte Fenster, als Heizung gibt's einen kleinen alten Heizlüfter. Das Restaurant hat was ganz besonderes: Wer frierende Inder mit Pudelmütze, Anorak und (Faust-) Handschuhen beim Abendessen beobachten möchte ist hier richtig.“

„As i was disappointed with property, while waiting for check in heard few people complaining about room's. I was sent to different hotel going there was the same sean so I decided to make other arrangements and didn't stay at the place. And went to Regenta hotel at circl chouk which was good choice. “

„This hotel was almost perfect in all terms. So the only potential improvements could be the extremely noisy kitchen ventilation on the roof which you can hear in all rooms and the smelling bathroom of room no 25. Apart from that was the room itslef perfect, clean and had a stunning view towards the lake. The stuff was unbelievable friendly and helpful with everything and the restaurant was outstanding good. Loved our stay here!“

„I stayed 3 nights… Night 1- room with balcony no view- very loud music coming from restaurant/bar, started in the evening lasted till about 11pm or 12am. Room/Bathroom had slight smell, bathroom- there was no shower curtain or divider to protect water from getting all over the place. The linen closet was located next to my room and workers used it as a lounge. Night 2- room with balcony no view (after I had complained, I was moved to the room right below my first nights stay). My only issue was ...

„Das Hotel hat wirklich einen super Ausblick auf den See und liegt nicht im Mittelpunkt des Touristenzentrums. Es sind aber auch nur 10 Minuten mit der Rikshaw bis zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. An der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und neu Bestückt. Das Frühstück ist klein und fein und völlig ausreichend.“

„View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. “
