Welcome to our spacious 260 m² private villa in Gargnano, beautifully situated on the western shore of Lake Garda. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, mountains and wonderful views, the property offers plenty of privacy and space for families, groups of friends and guests looking for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful areas of Northern Italy.
The villa was completely renovated in 2024 and combines modern comfort with the relaxed atmosphere of a private Italian home. With generous indoor and outdoor areas, a private pool, multi-level garden and beautiful surroundings, it is a wonderful place to enjoy Lake Garda together.
The Villa
The villa has a standard capacity of up to 10 guests and offers approximately 260 m² of living space, providing plenty of room to spend time together while still allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds.
Additional sleeping options are available on the ground floor, including two double sofa beds and one sofa suitable for single use.
Families with children are very welcome. We can provide a baby cot as well as a separate child’s bed upon request.
For larger families or groups, we also have two additional extra beds available. Depending on the group composition, it may therefore be possible to accommodate more than 10 guests upon prior request and confirmation. Additional guests and extra beds are subject to an additional charge. Please contact us before booking if your group consists of more than 10 people so that we can confirm the most suitable sleeping arrangements.
The villa is bright and spacious, with large windows and comfortable living areas. From different parts of the house, guests can enjoy views of the surrounding landscape, Lake Garda and the mountains.

Multi-Level Garden, Private Pool & Outdoor Living
One of the special features of the property is its location on the hillside above Lake Garda. Due to the natural slope of the land, the garden extends across several different levels, giving the property its unique character and creating different areas for relaxing, enjoying the sun, dining outside or simply taking in the surrounding nature.
Please note that because the property is located on a hillside, the outdoor areas include different levels, steps and slopes.
The private pool is located approximately 70 metres from the house, within the property. It offers a peaceful place to relax, enjoy sunny days and cool down during the warm Lake Garda summer.
Guests can also enjoy outdoor seating and dining areas as well as barbecue facilities, perfect for preparing lunch or dinner together and spending long evenings outside.
From various areas of the property, you can enjoy beautiful views towards Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is particularly special in the evening, when the colours of the sunset transform the landscape.

Gargnano & Lake Garda
The villa is located in Gargnano, one of the charming towns on the western shore of Lake Garda.
Gargnano is known for its beautiful historic old town, picturesque lakeside promenades, Mediterranean atmosphere, restaurants and cafés. It is a wonderful place for evening walks along the lake, relaxed lunches and dinners or simply enjoying the Italian way of life.
Everyday shopping facilities are approximately 1.5 km from the house, making it easy to buy groceries and everything you may need during your stay.
The surrounding Lake Garda region offers countless possibilities for both relaxing and active holidays. Guests can enjoy swimming, walking, hiking, boat trips, water sports and excursions to the many beautiful towns and villages around the lake.
The area is also ideal for discovering local restaurants, Italian cuisine, regional products and the unique landscapes between the lake and the mountains.

Getting Here & Exploring the Area
Gargnano can be reached by car as well as by a combination of train and public transport.
The Lake Garda region is connected to the wider Italian railway network through train stations in the surrounding area. From there, guests can continue towards Gargnano by bus, taxi or private transfer.
For international visitors, Lake Garda can be reached via several airports in Northern Italy, including airports serving Verona, Bergamo and Milan. From the airport, it is possible to continue by rental car, train and bus, taxi or private transfer.
There are also public transport connections around Lake Garda, allowing guests to visit other towns and destinations in the region without always needing a car.
However, for guests who would like to explore Lake Garda and the surrounding countryside independently, having a car or renting one is particularly convenient.
Parking possibilities are available. Guests can also use public parking, and depending on availability there are further possibilities to park along nearby streets.

Although you will enjoy the villa privately, you will not be left without assistance if you need anything during your stay.
Our house manager lives only a short distance from the villa and is available to assist our guests. Whether you have a practical question about the property, need help with something in the house or require local assistance, you will have a reliable contact person nearby.
We want our guests to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive until their departure and to know that assistance is easily available whenever necessary.

Cleaning, Pets & Additional Information
Final cleaning is included in the price, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday without having to worry about an additional cleaning charge at the end of your stay.
Pets are welcome, making the villa a great option for guests who would like to enjoy their Lake Garda holiday together with their four-legged family members.
The villa is particularly suitable for guests who appreciate space, privacy, nature and beautiful surroundings rather than the atmosphere of a hotel or large holiday complex.
