„Parking and getting to chalet especially at night was very scary. I would not stay again. We did love the hot tub. Also not having TVs in each bedroom was inconvenient.“

Poor attitude all around. Place was not terribly clean and VERY old. Nice aspect was creek view... minus the late night partiers.“

„Very nice location with a great view of the smoky mountains. The cabin was very clean with plenty of towels, soap, coffee, sugar etc. Hot tub was newer, clean and in good working order. It is an older cabin but everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water and good pressure which is amazing being ~700 ft up the side of a mountain. „My wife and I just spent the weekend in unit 165 and it was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. In all honesty, we only spent probably around 30 hours in the room from Thursday until Sunday. We were out and about the rest of the time. With that being said, it was everything that was described and very good communication with the property manager. We will be back.“
