« We had a great time but the firepit didn’t work, the hot tub needed chemicals, the cleaners were there when we arrived at 4 so we had to wait 30 minutes to get in and we tried to use the karaoke machine batteries were dead in the microphone. The code didn’t work the first day to the door. The heat upstairs was so hot we had to turn it off and then got too cold. »

« We really enjoyed our stay!!! The house was very clean, and it was a convenient location to town and Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was a nice added bonus to the stay also. Thorpe was very accommodating and communicated everything about our stay very well. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience »

« Very comfortable, clean, roomy at a reasonable price. Very good breakfast - fresh warm biscuits and donut holes were yummy. Will definitely stay there again when in Gatlinburg! »

« Check in and check out process was efficient and simple, the place was beautiful and private, and all basic amenities were available. The hot tub operated perfectly and the pool table was a lot of fun to play with. We were 10 minutes from Gatlinburg with tons of things around. All in all this was a perfect little cabin in the mountains just as we were looking for. »

« Clean, wonderful staff but was told indoor pool was available but it was closed for construction. Also, we were told upon arrival that there was a $15.00 charge per night to park. I was so confused as nothing mentioned this new charge. We love staying here but was very disappointed about the pool and especially the parking charges. »
