The cabin is very clean. It was one of the cleanest cabin we've been in (we have stayed in probably 10 cabins now). The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the hot tub was broke. My disappointment would've wanted me to give it an even lower rating; but I realize that it's not a deal breaker for others. My family over the years have really enjoyed our cabin vacations. We specially loved sitting in an outside hot tub close to nature in the mornings and at nights after a long day hiking. After our check in the first day, we noticed the hot tub was half empty. We looked around for a hose to fill and there was none to be found. Disappointed, we went to bed. We went hiking the next day and had a great time but missed our usual routine of evening soaking in the tub time. Next day I called the management company to come fill the tub. We went hiking again. Went back to the cabin and found the water level in the tub was higher than before...but still kind of low. What made it worse was that it was not heated. We couldn't get in the tub even if there was enough water in the tub. So we adjusted the tub temperature hoping that it would get warm enough in the morning. Next morning, first thing we checked, and guess what? The water level had dropped to the level well below the jets. My guess is that there must be a leak. When I searched for our cabin, I set the criteria of having a hot tub. I willingly pay more for a cabin with a hot tub. It's a family tradition for us.
