This was a great space. The family was able to spread out and have their space as well as get cozy and watch movies. There were so many places to see and fun to be had. We will definitely come back.

Perfect get away

Had a family vacation - coming in from all directions to celebrate the twin boys graduation from high school and enlisting in the Air National Guard. Was the perfect place- lots of space and very comfortable!Highly recommend staying here!

The place was a bit dirty. The cabin only had one thermostat to regulate all 3 floors so it was hard to have a decent temperature to accommodate everyone, and no additional blankets in any of the rooms or closets. Overall the place was big and had a lot of games for the family

Hot tub leaked and had mold on the porch. Wood on the deck was coming up and spilt. Grill didn’t work. Games missing pieces. No tv controller! Freezer didn’t keep anything frozen!

A great place to stay in Gatlinburg!

Simply amazing, staff were super friendly and accomidating and the cabin itself was lovely. 3 stories with loads of things to do within; an arcade machine, foosball table, hot tub, and more! Makes a cozy place to stay for any trip, thanks a lot!

Very nice place to stay. We loved that every floor had a bathroom. The bedroom on the top floor as well as the one in the basement could use new mattresses.

Super Cozy Cabin

Our family had an amazing weekend getaway. The cabin had plenty of room for everyone and very spacious!! The views from the decks were great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the cabin. I highly recommended this cabin and wpupd definitely stay here in the future.

Great stay in the mountains

We had two families, 9 people total. This was a great place that allowed us to have our own space. Communicating with the home office was perfect. We had a great time!

This home had the perfect amount of space for our group! The layout was great and the downstairs area was great for the teenagers to hang out! The beds were comfortable and the decks were great to sit on. Love the swing! The ride up to the home was a bit of a surprise! Our car sits low to the ground, so we scraped and spun wheels to get up the hill! The gravel at the last turn may have been the problem. The upstairs bedroom was a little bit warmer than we expected. We ended up having to wash every dish and cup that came out of the cabinets. Not sure if the dishwasher soap was added by the group before us or if the dishwasher that had a slight odor isn't cleaning properly. All in all, the home was perfect for our stay! It was very peaceful and inviting and we all had a wonderful time!

Fantastic location

We always give a trip to our children and grandchildren for Christmas; this year was Gatlinburg. The cabin was in such a fantastic location yet close to town. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining area ample for the 8 of us and the cabin feel in the mountains made it even better. Very clean, they even allowed us to check in a little early. Great people, and I would definitely stay here again.
