*Please note that the road leading to the property and the driveway are both steep. Guests should use caution when driving to and from the home, especially during inclement weather. Low-clearance vehicles may need to use extra care when navigating the driveway.

This cabin is located near Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, offering residents and visitors access to a plethora of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and wildlife watching. Downtown Gatlinburg is also less than a five-minute drive, featuring shops, restaurants, and local attractions like the Ober Gatlinburg ski area. Take a trolly and take in all that Gatlinburg has to offer!

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
