Very clean house, comfortable beds, close to Gatlinburg and the national park. It is ideal for families wanting to be close to downtown Gatlinburg but not right on top of the strip. My kids loved the downstairs area and we played a lot of air hockey. We did see a bear walking on the back patio one day and my vehicle is still sporting a bear paw print on it with dirt on the door handle, like the bear had tried to open my car overnight! lol Fortunately, I keep my car locked. It was too warm and rainy to use the back patio, but the firepit and chairs looked very inviting. There were also beautiful bushes surrounding the patio and I thoroughly enjoyed watching all of the butterflies, moths, and bees doing their thing. If you are looking for sweeping mountain views, you probably need to be farther away from Gatlinburg. If you want a clean comfortable house that is just a few minutes from Gatlinburg but is also quiet, this is ideal.
