DO NOT book this cabin. Had an absolutely awful experience. I and some friends booked this cabin for our yearly trip and were so excited. When we arrived to check in the property manager looked at me and my friend I had with me who I was staying with and asked us to please not trash the place and she let us know she would be stopping by to check in on us. I didn’t book a cabin in the mountains to be babysat, I booked it for a nice relaxing getaway with my friends. The cleanliness of the cabin was awful. The sheets were dirty and every bed had hair in it! We found trash and a dirty food bowl, the jets in the jacuzzi were broken, the showers were dirty, the floors were sticky. This is absolutely unacceptable!! I’ve reached out to the property manager while staying there and no one came by, no one called me, & no one cleaned the cabin. I still have yet to hear anything from them other than asking for a 5 star review, Yea right! There are plenty of nice & clean cabins in Gatlinburg, this is not one of them! Do yourself a favor and do not book!

Our church women’s group stayed here as we visited Gatlinburg for a conference. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had such a blessed weekend together in this home!

5 couples plus one had plenty of room inside and out. Multiple people could be in the kitchen at one time. Plenty of seating for meals and in living room. We had family movie night each night. We did enjoy watching the bears that would come out of the woods. Sometimes they would make a round the porch. The drive up to the house is winding and steep in places therefore we didn't travel in the dark. It is located about 10 miles out of Gaithersburg. The views are beautiful!

Lovely time

This trip was for my birthday. I had all my friends (13 people) and everyone had an amazing time. Perfect sleeping arrangements. The rooms were clean and nice. We loved getting our own bathrooms. We enjoyed all the games in the game room. The kitchen was spacious and most everything you’d need is provided. We only had to get our own preferred seasonings. We utilized the hot tub which was clean. We appreciated the ample amount of parking space. Over all this was an amazing place and perfect for our trip. My whole group had a wonderful time!

Nothing dries

We had a friends group of 6 couples that stayed in this cabin. Overall, it was a great experience. Beautiful scenery and plenty of room for everyone to have a great time! We had an issue with the clothes dryer requiring multiple cycles in order to dry. The dishwasher also did not perform very well drying either. I would bring extra towels, both bath towels and dish towels, dish cloths, pot holders, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, etc. Also cleaning supplies to disinfect surfaces, clean the counters, etc. If you are planning on preparing meals for multiple people you would also need to bring bigger pans, cookie sheets, seasoning, etc. There is plenty of silverware and dishes, but not cooking pans. We did not communicate with management about issues that we had with the dishwasher and dryer, So I cannot speak on their willingness to fix things. There are also no bedrooms on the main floor but there are sleeper sofas. So accessing a bedroom requires you to go down or up one floor. The number one complaint from all was that the mattresses are a little too firm. Knowing what additional items we would need to bring in order to make this trip better, we would definitely stay here again!

Best weekend ever.

Our family got together for what I thought was a celebration of a divorce. It turned out to be a proposal and the environment allowed for it to be a success. The house is absolutely remarkable. We enjoyed our stay.

Okay but outdated

The dryer wasn’t working, refrigerator had broken storage drawers, kitchen dining table chairs were broken and table was damaged from wear and tear. The cabin is very large in size needs to be updated with better pots/pans and better furniture (patio)

Beautiful location, but……

You could not ask for a nicer location, but the upkeep of the physical building left a lot to be desired. After checking in, we noticed that some of the staple supplies that have been in every VRBO we have stayed in were absent. There were no cleaning supplies at all, no trash bags, no paper towels other than the open roll on the holder in the kitchen and no basic cooking supplies like salt & pepper, oven mitts, etc. As our stay contiunued we noticed more and more. Lights bulbs were burn out, tubs were not cleaned with actual dirt in them, the drier was not working, two ceilings with previous water damage that had not been repaired, slow draining tubs and sinks, dirty floors and very noticable dust. Additionally, rusty sheet pans were noted as was an ice maker that continued to jam, a missing toilet paper holder, clean towels placed in a moldy water- damaged bathroom cabinet, and pieces of pink insulation on the bathroom floor, apparently blown out of the floor vents. While the property management people were friendly and concerned, it appeared as though they did not have any idea of the issues at the house and put it on the cleaning company for not reporting the conditions to them. While they did respond and correct a few issues like the drier and a non working bathroom exhaust fan, this property truly showed signs of neglect. It is my hope that this property is given a deep clean and repaired before the next visitors.

Group of friends in football pool.

Friends from Colorado, California, and Utah. Some had never been to Gatlinburg. This large cabin allowed us all to stay together to eat, drink and be merry. We ate lunch out one day. The remainder of our meals were cooked & served in the extra large kitchen & dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

Overall great property

We had a wonderful time. There were a few issues that the management alerted us to prior to arrival but unfortunately they were not fixed during our stay. One being a broken dishwasher with 11 people and one of the rooms sink and shower didn’t work. The TV in the sitting room wouldn’t work properly but we played games instead.

Family Reunion

We had an absolute amazing time and the cabin was awesome. It had everything we needed and with 19 of us going, it was perfect. We even got to see a bear in a tree out back.
