« Rooms were very clean. No negative odors in the hall or room. Courteous staff. »

« Les chambres ont une double exposition, un balcon côté rivière, et une fenêtre côté route hyper passante. Le bruit est 24/24 h. Malgré une touche de rénovation les chambres sont tristes et ce n’est rien du couloir les desservant. La piscine est sinistre. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et le personnel peu aimable. Je regrette mon choix, il y a certainement mieux. Les deux points positifs sont le parking et le balcon avec ses deux fauteuils. »

« This was our first stay at Margaritaville but definitely not our last. The minute I walked into the lobby to check in I knew our stay was going to be glorious. We make a trip to Gatlinburg at least once a year(sometimes 2 or 3). When you walk through the front door you can't help but leave your cares behind and get caught up in the tropical vibe. Every staff member from the front desk, to the bartender, to the maintenance staff was absolutely awesome! Just walking down the hall to our room...

« Great location! Close to everything yet away from the busy parkway. Very clean and beautiful view of golf course from our balcony. Perfect for our family! Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with full amenities! »
