« Désappointed by Gatlinburg and the park »

« My husband and I stayed here for 10 days, we loved it! It was very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. In a quiet area only about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. The host was excellent, replied quickly to our questions and requests for additional supplies needed since it was a longer stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again. »

« Cabin was small, bathroom very small. Adequate dishes and cooking supplies even coffee and seasonings but no place to put supplies or clothes. Had to take extra bedding out of dresser to use it and shared closet space with decorations? Checked out early because the roads to the cabins were very narrow and to many curves and switch backs. »

« My husband and I wete here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We loved the amenities, assortment of games. So many levels.. we loved most of all, the encounters with all the beautiful bears. The quiet majestic views. We will definitely return and bring family. »

« We loved our stay! The hosts were very accommodating and receptive if and when we needed anything! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and although we could have used one or two more garbage bags and toilet paper rolls, we really have no complaints! The cabin was beautiful, we had a great view of the river, we’re right in the heart of Gatlinburg and saw bear every day we stayed! Thank you so much!!! »

« Mixed review here. The cabin and amenities were excellent. We only ended up staying 1 full night of our 4 nights booked. The second night a bear broke into our car and badly damaged a door/window despite our efforts of keeping the car clean of food. We witnessed the bear going around the neighborhood and trying to get into other vehicles. He just got ours after dark. Since our window was broke, we decided to leave the area before more damage was done and we could make our 15 hour drive home....

« We loved this place! Check in was super easy, along with fast replies and communication with the host. We also used the hot tub every night. The only thing that needs improvement is more supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, and wash cloths/towels. Other than that everything else was great and I would definitely stay there again. »
