Hotel Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge

« The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. « Clean rooms, quiet in rooms no noise, towels nice and clean smell, breakfast full of options and good time allowed for eating food, lots of space areas to eat your breakfast. You can eat in a lounge area with fire place and big screen tv, kitchen area, full of large tables. Check inn and out were fast and easy. »

« Me encantó mi estancia. Súper tranquilo. Y limpio. Un poquito antiguo pero perfecto para mi. Con cocina completa y lavadora y secadora. Necesitan solo poner una máquina de hielo en la instalación para acceso de los huéspedes y no esperar a que alguien te lo lleve. Tenía miedo por los comentarios que vi de otras personas y la verdad no tuve quejas de nada. No hubo ningún mal olor en el hotel nunca. Si es cierto que el basurero está serca la verdad es que nunca me dio el mal olor en el hotel. »

« The only thing that I will mention is that the coffee machine did not work well (not only for me but for other guests as well). The button for coffee had been used so much that the instructions had worn off. I ended up with coffee on the floor, there was a bright yellow plastic "wet" sign on near the floor where a mop-up had taken place before I arrived, and when I returned for more food another lady had spilled coffee on the floor as well. »

« Overall this cabin is just terrific. We were only two people, but easily two couples or a family with kids could stay here. The location is rather easy to find with GPS, and once you get used to the tiny uphill road, you're good. Incredibly close to shopping, entertainment, the Nat'l Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. A little over an hour to and from the airport. Fireplace, large cozy rooms, big kitchen, huge wrap around porch, lots of rocking chairs to sit on outside. The game room pool...
