« Very busy location maybe due to spring break. Long lines for free drinks and food. (Better layout could afford confusion and more workers to help stock food) Refrigerator and air conditioner unit made noise all night. Only 2 reasons for the four stars. »

« While the room was pretty clean and the staff friendly, the hotel overall is very outdated and dingy. Breakfast was very sad, carbs only, no fresh options - even hard boiled eggs were yellow and looked inedible. Luckily we stayed only one night because it felt very depressing, and I would not want to spend a whole vacation there. I’ve been to many lodges before so I know what to expect, but definitely didn’t enjoy this one. »

« We were only at this property overnight and found the location to be perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would like to recommend they get larger pillows because they felt extremely small. Highly recommend the property. »

« The room was not as clean as we thought it should be. Lights between the beds did not function, light above the table and chairs did not function, microwave was not cleaned, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, body wash and shampoo bottles were both empty and one was not connected to the shower stall. window coverings were not connected to the mounting rod. When we returned to the room on one occasion our room keys did not open the door. To be fair our daughter had an adjacent room...

« We really enjoyed our stay. We had our 2 grandchildren with us. The pool, lazy river, & the indoor pool was a hit with them. The hotel/rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast was really good. Loved having a balcony. We could see the Ferris wheel at the Island from the balcony. We will absolutely book here again. »

« Travel advisor opinion:) Overall it was a good choice but here were some hiccups…. 1. Stay included breakfast which was off the menu. You need to request basic condiments like syrup or salt. Food was not a highlight in any way but provided us fuel. 2. Service from staff was slow in their main restaurant and bar.
