„The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. „All was fantastic! Comfortable beds, all was cleaned and nice. Jacuzzi was hot at all the times. Loved oversized washer and dryer. This house had everything you need in the kitchen, even the draw with all kinds of spices for cooking. Loved the location, was easy to access and close to restaurants and rocky top sports world where our daughter had volleyball game. The hosts were pleasant and responsive. „Light fixtures misses on ceiling fan in living room, light over dinning table hanging so low it was hard to sit at the table without bumping your head, no broom to sweep floor, ac did not work well and was very stuffy and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The water area is not included in price and you have to buy tickets. Security was excellent as well as the check in process.“
