« Loved the 3 bedrooms and private 3 baths AND 3 individual air handlers so mom can have it warmer than the rest of us like. Having a pool and hot tub onsite was great too. The walk to town was easy going down but all uphill going back which was a little hard on my older mom. However, Handicap parking was great and right at the front door plus there is an elevator! The floor installation was poorly done and there are gaps on the edges everywhere. The mattresses were comfy but very squeaky in all...

« The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. »

« Off the beaten path with red trolley stop close by. The walk to the village and stop light 6 was easy and quick. Great for our teens, they had their own space. Could see the fireworks from the balcony and some of the drone show. We got to see bears this trip which was a bonus. »

We loved the location we were in, so close to everywhere we wanted to go, only time we had to drive was when we wanted to go into Pigeon Forge to a couple of places which was the only time we left Gatlinburg. « The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal.
