Hotel is located a bit of walk away from the north terminal. The paths are quite small to get to the hotel if walking. Located quite far from the south terminal. They agreed to store our luggage over messages prior to our arrival but when we got there they said they only have room in a tiny closet and that we had too much luggage. They ended up storing it but service was not welcoming at all. Check in is strictly at 3pm. Rooms are very basic. No fridge, microwave or drawers. They’ve got a tv but only 2-3 channels work. Shower/washroom was cleaned well and spacious. Bed was also comfortable. We were staying here due to a layover and asked if reception could provide us with 1 pound in exchange for usd and we needed to use a luggage trolley to get to the airport and they said they could not do that. Overall, not very happy with the service. Not welcome and we paid for more than we got. Would not be staying here again. Better off staying at the Hampton Inn or the Premier Inn directly across from the North Terminal. No food spots at a walking distance. Only a gas station close by. Hotel also looks a bit run down and old. Could use some renovations. Small hallways and small elevator.
