This location has the potential to be an excellent destination for a family vacation, offering numerous enjoyable activities and commendably clean cabins.
My lower rating is primarily due to a few issues we encountered. On our first night, the fire detector's low battery caused continuous beeping. Despite our attempts to contact maintenance after hours multiple times and leaving a message, we received no response. Consequently, we had to remove the battery ourselves from one of the accessible detectors. Throughout our three-night stay, no one followed up regarding this matter. The front desk suggested we email the owner, which we did, but again, we received no reply. Fortunately, no serious incidents occurred, though I am concerned about how such a situation, which could have been easily resolved, was handled.
Another point of disappointment was the inflatable water park being closed for the entirety of our visit. This amenity was a significant factor in our decision to choose this location, and we would have appreciated more accommodating operating hours.
