Welcome to Quack Shack — a spacious Michaywe cabin built for families, big groups, and multi-family getaways that bring everyone together under one roof. Full game room, flexible bunk room, open kitchen, and a big yard for games and gathering. Guests also get year-round community pool access (indoor in winter, outdoor in summer) and hot tub. 15 minutes to Treetops Resort, 45 minutes to Boyne Mountain — skiing, golf, and trails all within reach.

Quack Shack is managed by Haze Retreats. Check-in is contactless via smart lock, and we're reachable by phone or message throughout your stay, with in-person support available when needed.

Located in the charming Michaywe community in Gaylord, Michigan, Quack Shack offers guests a peaceful and friendly atmosphere with access to fantastic amenities. Guests can enjoy the community’s indoor pool, outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub (seasonal), clubhouse, and scenic walking trails. Michaywe is also home to a golf course, cross-country ski trails, and is just minutes away from downtown Gaylord’s shops and restaurants, as well as top attractions like Treetops Resort and Boyne Mountain.

Guests will have full access to Quack Shack, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes the 5 bedrooms, game room, living areas, and the spacious backyard with a fire pit.

The community amenities in the Michaywe neighborhood are also available, including:
•Indoor pool and hot tub (open Labor Day to Memorial Day)
•Outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day)
•Between the two, pool access is year-round — indoor in winter, outdoor in summer

•The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests.
