« This place was so clean! »

« Excellent hôtel, à conseiller si vous passez par là. »

« Very Nicely located to where we were going. Good Breakfast. »

« Hôtel très accueillant et bien situé à proximité du downtown de Prairie du chien »

« Third floor ice machine was noisy. Elevator bell is too way too loud can be heard down the whole floor. Still best hotel in Prairie du chien. Will stay again. »

« Hôtel complètement deshuet nécessitant un rafraîchissement complet… Pour le petit déjeuner: passez votre tour! Aliment sous film plastique de piètre qualité et très peu de choix. Sauf si vous êtes amateur de tortilla et de burritos? »

« The check-in was very helpful. I wish there had been a handicapped room. The room needed to be cleaner. There were stains on the carpet and not all the furniture was dusted. Bathroom was fine but small. Hard to get turned around with my walker. »

I replied that we were in room 8 and we stayed there but never received a reply back. Everything worked good with check in process. »

« Conveniently located for our needs. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking was convenient. »

I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were...

« Overall ok stay. Do not book the suite rooms. Basically took out shower and installed tub w jets and shower head as replacement. Also did not have functioning hot tub on this visit. »
