The Space:

The apartment combines a sleeping area with a lounge and dining space. It features a comfortable double bed prepared with hotel-quality bed linen and a set of pillows, as well as a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for one person. Guests also have access to a Smart TV with cable channels. Natural wood tones, graphite-coloured cabinetry and green accents give the interior a modern and welcoming character.



The apartment opens onto a furnished balcony equipped with a table and two chairs. It overlooks the internal courtyard and the surrounding development, creating a pleasant place for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors.



The functional kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. Guests also have access to crockery, cutlery, pots, a frying pan and essential utensils for preparing their own meals. The counter with two high chairs can serve as both a dining area and a workspace for a laptop. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices is provided.



The bathroom features a spacious shower with a glass enclosure, a washbasin with a cabinet, an illuminated mirror, a toilet and a washing machine. Hotel-quality towels, a hairdryer and a basic set of toiletries – shower gel, shampoo and soap – are provided.
