The living area opens onto a furnished balcony equipped with two chairs and a small table. It is a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax outdoors. The balcony overlooks the surrounding buildings.



The functional kitchenette blends seamlessly with the living area. It is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and electric kettle. Guests also have access to essential kitchen equipment needed for preparing their own meals. A dining table with chairs is located nearby, providing a comfortable place for breakfast or a shared evening meal. For added convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic seasonings is provided.
